French Scraps 2010

Bastille Day today! Best wishes to all those who celebrate France's national day!

My inspiration for this kit was a collection of some old faded French wallpapers whose style I have endeavoured to reproduce. The frames were partly inspired by the early Empire style frames but are really more like those plainer more classical ones which appeared in the latter half of the 19th century.
In the detail of the frame edges below you can make out the "egg and dart" motif borrowed from Classic Greek architecture.

The kit has 5 different papers all 3600 X 3600 and an overlay mask with a fleur-de-lys pattern. These are all .jpg
The frames are .png in varying sizes, the largest nearly 1700 X 2200 at 300 dpi.
3 come in "mint condition" and also a distressed state :)
I have also included a brush which you can see in my example below. it is also .png so that it can be used in various imaging programs.
FOR COMMERCIAL USE but please read my Terms of Use
Kit is $1.50 USD

Download links will be emailed to you on receipt of payment but please allow at least 24 hours for processing.
