Picasso's Owl Desktop

I have always been intrigued with Picasso's art. I love his early drawings and have included a one of his simple outline drawings of an owl in my latest desktop.

Carpet Snake Desktop

Where we live , we share the bushland with one of Australia's most beautiful carpet pythons,
Morelia spilota variegata.

At this time of the year they are just waking from their winter hibernation. A non aggresive snake, the python feeds on small animals and is most welcome in farming areas as it is very effective in keeping down vermin such as mice and rats. Occassionally it does develop an appetite for chooks :)

I hope you enjoy this desktop I have created. You can view a larger version by clicking on the image below or download a full sized version here .

Receding Tide - A Desktop

This desktop was created using one of the photos taken last year on a visit to Burrum Heads on the SE Queensland coast. The view is in the estuary of the Burrum River just as it joins the Pacific Ocean at Burrum Beach. This is one of those quiet unspoilt areas that I so love on our coastline.

You can download a zip containing various sized desktops with calendars [and without] here.
